Phil is certified in the implementation and training of “Lean” business practices and is a primary provider of process improvement, quality improvement, waste reduction, and cost cutting initiatives at client companies. Phil holds a BS in Industrial and Operations Engineering, University of Michigan, 1982 and is a Certified Lean Practitioner by MEP and SME. He resides with his wife Sue in Hopewell Junction, New York.
