Valley Technology Development Center (HVTDC) congratulates LoDolce Machine
Company, Inc. for their successful AS9100C recertification. For the past year,
the Saugerties, NY aerospace manufacturer has focused on preparing for the
recertification, making considerable progress on their internal performance requirements.
As a result, they have continued to improve their Quality Management System, significantly
reduced product defects and improving key metrics to secure their

LoDolce conducted internal auditing and successfully addressed key findings and
modified internal procedures to meet customer requirements and successfully
prepare for the planned recertification audit.
Throughout the process, LoDolce was guided
and coached by HVTDC Principle Lean and Quality Systems Engineer, Dave Tooker,
where necessary, administering Internal Auditor Training (IAT) and providing both
classroom and direct hands-on training. The organization is now able to conduct
internal audits in a positive, constructive approach consistent with the
objectives of their management system. The improvement to the ISO process has
enabled them to strengthen and maintain their approved supplier status with its
top customers. Key improvements have translated to improving supplier material
on time from 54% to 95% and customer satisfaction to 94% as of August, 2015.
