Phyllis Levine has over 30 years of non-profit administrative experience. Throughout her years at MTEC, she has always been driven to continuously acquire more knowledge about the business and gain a strong understanding of all its ins and outs. She has recently been promoted to the position of Director of Operations in which she will collaborate with Executive Leadership to define short and long-term operational objectives and assist in the development and execution of operational strategies that align with MTEC’s mission, vision, and goals. She earned her Associates Degree in Fashion Buying and Merchandising from the Fashion Institute of Technology. She resides in LaGrange, NY.
