Executive Management Changes at HVTDC MTEC

Tom Phillips, MTEC’s Executive Director, has retired effective September 1st. We would like to take this opportunity to offer him our sincere thanks for his tireless dedication and thoughtful leadership.

The MTEC Team strives to continue to build upon Tom’s great accomplishments and wishes him all the best in retirement. Tom will continue to serve as a consultant through the end of the year to ensure a seamless transition.

David Carter has assumed the role of Executive Director effective September 1st. David has over 30 years of experience with global manufacturers, such as Samsung and Sony. David’s experience and his partner-first philosophy align well with MTEC’s core values.

Finally, we are pleased to announce Phyllis Levine’s promotion to Director of Operations as of September 1st. Phyllis’ unwavering commitment and extensive knowledge of MTEC and our partners have prepared her well for this new role.
