Jeffrey Grimshaw, a Business Development Consultant at MTEC and the Advanced Institute for Manufacturing (AIM), has been a key figure in workforce development and corporate training since the mid-1990s. As a former Executive Director of multiple organizations and a small business owner, Jeff leverages his extensive experience to benefit the clients and businesses he serves. His deep understanding of the funding landscape, combined with his diverse background, provides invaluable insights to clients across the seven-county region that MTEC services.

Jeff is dedicated to helping businesses navigate the various funding opportunities available through the Workforce Development Institute, utility companies, New York State economic development and workforce entities, as well as SUNY workforce development initiatives.

Recently, Jeff has concentrated on developing a Manufacturing Accelerator designed to help entrepreneurs confidently scale their businesses to the next level. This accelerator is a collaborative effort with many partners in Westchester County, including Westchester County Economic Development, Westchester Community College, the City of Peekskill, the Business Council of Westchester, the Hudson Valley Venture Hub, and several local businesses committed to supporting the growth of women- and minority-owned enterprises. The program is set to launch this fall, with the goal of becoming an annual resource for entrepreneurs.
