Catsmo Artisan Smokehouse is well underway with a Lean project facilitated by Phil VanOss that projects to increase their capacity 25%.

Our center Cybersecurity Project Advisor, Alexis Wilson, participated in a forum on cybersecurity for manufacturers at an event powered by Fuzehub. Four manufacturers were awarded grant money in order to receive a cybersecurity assessment.
