The NYMEP Operational Excellence Assessment was developed by the Manufacturing & Technology Enterprise Center using funding from the CARES Act. Designed to replace the eyes of the consultant during the hardships and restrictions of the COVID-19 pandemic, this 10-minute free assessment delivers a personalized report that addresses any deficiencies indicated by the assessment results.
Participation from approximately 45 companies across New York State and coordinated testing and input by our fellow experts at CITEC and AM&T allowed for MTEC to build a short yet robust tool with custom-tailored solutions feedback. The customized document comes in the form of a downloadable report putting expert recommendations in the palm of your hand.

Upon downloading your report, you will be connected with an expert at your regional MEP center who will aid in interpreting your results and furthering the customization of your action plan.
